THE JOB:

As a Cage Shift Manager you’ll oversee the cage department's daily operations, ensuring seamless, accurate, and secure transactions while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage and oversee all cash handling activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory compliance

• Lead and develop the cage team, providing coaching and performance feedback

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency

• Monitor and maintain staffing levels, scheduling, and workflow to meet operational demands

• Collaborate with internal departments to support seamless casino operations and financial reporting

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is a leader within the Cage or finance-related role within the casino operations field, with the proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high stakes environment

• Has exceptional cash-handling abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities

• Possesses a strong understanding of gaming regulations, internal controls, and financial security

• Is skilled at resolving guest concerns with professionalism and maintaining a positive experience

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$70,700.00 - $117,800.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
