This role is responsible for driving program performance through effective leadership, operational management, stakeholder coordination, and resource alignment. The position ensures projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance, while leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing project teams.</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership: Oversee project managers and multiple construction projects; set program strategy, priorities, and long term plans.</li> <li>Project Delivery: Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets; act as primary escalation for major issues.</li> <li>Operational Management: Allocate resources (people, equipment, materials), control budgets, and manage project risks.</li> <l
