Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Senior Manager (Level L) to support the 787 Delivery Center Business Operations Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations for 787 Delivery Center Boeing South Carolina
• Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
• Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Monitors and adjusts program or business unit work statement capacity
• Reviews management system execution, makes appropriate adjustments
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
• 1+ years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
• 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Leadership experience in a change management team
• Interfacing with program leadership
• Ability to provide analysis and strategic guidance to peer functions: Engineering, Fabrication and Supply Chain

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $133,450 - $180,550
