Who We Are

Humane is a team of proven industry experts who have invented, built, and shipped category-defining hardware and software products to billions of people across the globe. We're known for building the audacious, ambitious, and the impossible, and we're doing it again. Our vision for the next shift between humans and computing requires innovation across multiple emerging technologies in hardware and software, from devices to cloud services.

Humane is looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our innovative software engineering team to strategically drive new product development schedules while helping the organization reach its overarching business goals. This role will specifically focus on executing and overseeing our software release convergence and management along with our software and hardware beta program, which will include: setup software release process, manage software convergence, distribute and track hardware, gather user feedback, triage bugs, operate an in-office “Service Desk,” and share critical insights with leadership and key stakeholders. By ensuring the software release management and beta program runs smoothly, the Senior EPM plays a crucial role in informing future decisions on product, marketing, design and more. The Senior EPM achieves this by being a stellar communicator, highly collaborative, detail-oriented, insightful, driven to manage project risk and always “closing the loop.”

  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
