Director of AI Professional Services

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and scaling an AI-driven professional services practice from the ground up. The position blends commercial ownership, hands-on technical delivery, and strategic client engagement in a fast-evolving AI and customer experience environment. You will lead early-stage solution discovery, rapid prototyping, and production deployment of AI-powered systems, often moving from concept to demo in days. As the practice grows, you will define delivery methodologies, build and mentor a high-performing team, and establish scalable service offerings. The role requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure client needs are translated into viable, high-value AI solutions.
