YETI is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer professional to join the Team either remotely in the U.S. or based out of Austin, Texas. The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for testing YETI’s US and Canadian Salesforce Commerce Cloud Sites. They will be responsible for adhering to QA policies, processes, and documentation standards. Additionally, they will participate in all aspects of project testing, deploy code branches to test environments, provide technical guidance to internal and 3rd party vendors and ensure schedule adherence for assigned projects. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ability to create test cases in tests management tool 

• Support creation of test cases (Manual & Automation) and analyze the result 

• Assist with building and maintaining test automation framework and library of tests 

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle 

• Reporting of test status, execution & logging bugs 

• Support implementation of QA best practices acquired through prior experience for QA process improvement 

• Utilize quality measurements to track improvement in products 

• Execute quality improvement testing and activities 

• Execute against quality assurance standards and company processes 

• Adhere to industry quality and safety standards. Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand. 

• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing 

•  Work closely with the development team to improve existing products 

• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production 

• Participate in team meetings, working with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers, local and remote 
   

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience) 

• At least 2 years of QA experience 

• At least 1 years of experience in SFCC Testing 

• Should have a good understanding of SDLC, and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) concepts 

• Experience in working in an Agile software development environment 

• Strong attention to detail and analytic skills 

• Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) 

• Must have experience in OMS (Order Management system) 

• Involved in backend validation in SFCC/Business Manager
