About the role

We are looking for driven, mission focused people to join our team. You will play a key part in creating the Fenergo solutions which our clients use to achieve their business goals, working with all areas of Fenergo product and client services to take on board customer and user feedback which drives the evolution of our market solutions.

Reporting to a Product Manager, you will use the Fenergo suite of configuration tooling to set up best practice ways of using Fenergo products to deliver excellent business outcomes. Your focus will be on driving efficiency improvements, enhanced regulatory compliance and improved resistance to financial crime through the establishment of world class operating models that Fenergo clients can use on day one of joining our platform.

To succeed in this role you need to love to solve problems and want to roll up your sleeves to implement solutions, and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use the Fen-X product to configure best practice solutions for solving for a specific market vertical.
  • Meet with clients to understand how they use our products and what problems they would like them to solve in the future.
  • Use our product and tooling to configure end to end solutions which our clients use to do business.
  • Work with product management and engineering to suggest ideas which can improve our product and the solutions we provide to our clients.
  • Work closely with project teams to help them use your configuration in their client project.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to understand new features being released and how they can be adapted and used in a market vertical.
  • Work with the wider product management team to ensure that solutions fit across segment where applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a customer facing role
  • Fenergo experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience of delivering complex business or technology solutions, from gathering requirements to designing solutions.
  • Experience of software development lifecycle practices.
  • An understanding of compliance processes and workflows within the financial services industry advantageous.
  • Expertise in industry standard modelling tools and methods.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, architectures and terminology.
  • Proficient in offering design solutions.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
