Clinical Registered Dietitian – Part-Time (100% remote)

Overview: RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian for a flexible part-time, remote role . This position offers the opportunity to work 100% remote with a flexible schedule . 

Facility Type: Clinical Dietitian

Position Details:

• Schedule: 2-8 hours per week (consultant hours)

• Work Model:  100% remote 

• Flexibility: Choose your days and hours

• Compensation: $30.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience

• Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor

• Must be licensed in Minnesota 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nutrition assessments for new admissions and quarterly, or more frequently for high-risk residents

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans

• Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other team members

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Monitor resident weights to assess nutrition and hydration status

• Review menus for USDA compliance

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential

• Current state licensure/certification in Minnesota 

• 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)

• Strong communication skills

• Familiarity with state survey processes and electronic charting systems
