This is a role well suited to accounting graduates, looking for a brand-new start in their career. As a Finance professional, you will be responsible for:
Provide logistical, financial support for all NAM Exhibits and tradeshows and partially for events. Includes vendor set-up, PO creation, journal entries to accrue costs or record prepayments, controlling on the individual exhibit budgets, cross-charging to the business and vendor contact for invoice and payment matters.
Support month-end closing in terms of intercompany billing, cost collecting and reporting. As well as account level analytics.
Internal Service Agreements (ISA) administrator, to create ISA for services being provided by SHS USA Functions supporting other SHS AREs and coordinating on contract review and approval with counterpart.
Support on Related Party Transaction (RPT) process covering Siemens provided services to SHS NAM, in terms of RPT preparation, submission for approval to Siemens Healthineers RPT team in Germany, drafting Long-term Services Agreements (LSA) and coordinating on contract review and approval with Siemens.
Acting as procurement professional to support other SHS Functions for vendor and PO related matters.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance related.
Professional experience in accounting and controlling is not mandatory but preferred.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Working with latest technology and be willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions like Power Business Intelligent tools.

The base pay range for this position is:
$73,030 - $100,419Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
