Role Title: Senior Director, Forecasting & Predictive Analytics 

Role Reports to: Vice President, Global Business Intelligence    

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build powerful predictive brand insights models that go beyond numbers, telling the story behind the data to influence strategy.
• Deliver innovative solutions that optimize product availability, streamline decision-making, and unlock growth opportunities.
• Take ownership of forecasting & predictive analytics initiatives, turning challenges into opportunities to drive excellence.
• Inspire a team to achieve beyond what they thought was possible, creating an environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
• Lead and manage the development of predictive insights to support brand performance across Azurity’s pharmaceutical product portfolio.
• Utilize advanced AI-ML technologies to design and refine forecasts & predictive analytics models, providing insights into market trends, product demand, and strategic opportunities.
• Oversee the integration and enhancement of forecasting & predictive insights tools within the Snowflake platform, enabling dynamic and scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop pharmaceutical-specific predictive models that incorporate sales data, prescription trends, and external market dynamics.
• Regularly update and refine assumptions in AI-ML models to reflect evolving market conditions and incorporate real-time data inputs into the predictive model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategic Finance, and EPMO) to integrate
