Our ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is highly data-driven, analytical, takes ownership, works collaboratively and is not afraid to roll-up-their-sleeves to get work done. This role is a new role at Adyen and will be located in San Francisco, CA.</p> <p>This role will partner closely with HR teams, Recruiting teams, Business Leadership, and External Partners to drive and set the direction of our Global Mobility strategy which seeks to enable the business and fuel the growth of our employees. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational insights into the design, structure, and support of our mobility efforts which are focused on relocation and immigration matters, and set the direction for and grow the mobility team.</p> <h4>What you will do</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Strategy and policy</strong>. We don’t just write policies; we build frameworks that help Adyen scale. You’ll iterate on our global mobility guidelines to ensure they stay competitive, reflect our culture, and make it easy for team members to move where they can have the most impact.</li> <li><strong>Leadership accountability</strong>.
