As a Security Officer - Financial Lobby Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to maintain a secure environment through attentive monitoring and exceptional customer service. Your presence at the front desk will help to deter security-related incidents while supporting daily operations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, employees, and guests in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the location, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Monitor access to the premises, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors with inquiries and directing them appropriately within the location.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and incident reports as required by site procedures.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding security-related concerns or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
