In this entry-level role, you’ll help maintain and enhance Workday functionality, support testing and configuration, and ensure data accuracy across key business processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary
Has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within their discipline.
Follows the parameters of defined policies, procedures, and practices with guidance.
Assists in executing the testing/quality assurance needs of the enterprise business suite.
Documents testing outcomes.
Develops understanding of business theories, concepts, principles, and techniques of the business areas to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Assists with the development of business process designs and user guides.
Addresses production support, application configuration, and enhancements with direction from senior-level team members as needed.
Configuration and Process
Conceptual understanding of how to implement and maintain low to moderate business processes within the enterprise business application suite.
Works with senior team members on understanding validation processes.
Develops knowledge of application and reporting tools with the ability to assist senior team members.
Conceptual knowledge of project management methodologies and application development lifecycle.
Participates in creating and maintaining documentation in support of enterprise business applications.
Production Support
Provides support and resolution assistance for production and process issues.
Seeks guidance to troubleshoot and decipher error messages.
Assists with appropriate Change Control methods to implement system solutions.
Supports departmental efforts to improve customer satisfaction.
Develops familiarity with existing business processes to avoid potential issues and gathers information for future process improvement opportunities.
Exercises good judgment and follows appropriate escalation procedures in accordance with information technology service level agreements.
Customer Service
Provides end-user support.
Monitors SLAs and escalates as needed.
Adheres to and promotes continual adoption of change management policies and procedures.
Models outstanding customer service behavior, including timely and effective follow-up with customers.
Miscellaneous
Develops knowledge and professional skills through cross-training, literature, and attendance at department meetings and vendor education.
Develops and maintains positive relationships.
Works well with others and fosters a positive team environment.
Participates in instructional seminars.
Continues development on Cincinnati Children's computer-based systems.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Foundational understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Learning, or Talent Management
Basic experience with Workday configuration or familiarity with business process frameworks and security groups.
Exposure to Workday reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, or Workday Prism Analytics).
Knowledge of data management principles, including data integrity, validation, and auditing processes.
