 The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Riverside properties, including offices, facilities, and residences. This role ensures that all physical aspects of the properties are properly maintained, functional, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Operations Manager will coordinate with various departments, vendors, and staff to ensure efficient facility management, resolve operational issues, and support a safe and well-maintained environment for both employees and clients. 


 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision & Operations Management:
    Supervise and manage Operations staff across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Culinary, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.  Oversee scheduling, timesheets, PTO, sick leave, and performance evaluations. 
  • Office & Facility Operations:
    • Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of necessary items for staff, houses, and clients.
    • Perform weekly site visits and address facility issues, coordinate repairs with contractors
    • Monitor the condition of company vans, ensuring all paperwork and maintenance records are up to date.
  • Grove Oversight:
    • Work with the Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and care of the orange groves on the Riverside properties, including pruning/watering/fertilizing schedules
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure all licensing/accreditation documentation are current and properly maintained.
    • Assist in maintaining emergency equipment and supplies at all properties.
  • Medication Courier Duties:
    • Oversee medication pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing. 
  • Staff Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Collaborate with Human Resources to facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for all Riverside staff.
    • Maintain inventory of keys, electronics, and associated accounts


Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in operations management, including overseeing staff, projects, and operational functions. Experience in a leadership role preferred, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Transportation: Must possess a personal vehicle with valid driver's license for business-related travel, as needed. All Mileage is reimbursed. 
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
