FT Night Shift Available
Location: Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital
Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. If you’re passionate about patient care, mentoring staff, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:

Lead clinical activities and support nursing staff across all patient age groups.

Mentor and guide nurses, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Clinical Leaders to optimize staffing and patient care.

Manage emergency clinical situations and support staff development/competency assessments.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and the principles of a Healing Environment.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Current NYS RN license (BSN preferred)
-
3+ years acute care RN experience; 1+ year leadership experience (Charge Nurse or similar)
-
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications via RQI
-
CPI certification within 90 days of hire
-
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
