ACA believes that we can deliver the world’s best GRC software to our blue-chip financial services client base of over 3500 firms. We are seeking top talent to join us in our journey to build and deliver “The SalesForce of Compliance”. Compliance Officers in finance have been stuck in the past, with inefficient, manual effort driving their compliance programs. ACA’s ComplianceAlpha is deployed at 1,000+ clients to help modernize their day-to-day life. We are investing significantly to drive technology usage at our clients.
We are looking for an individual with eComms Surveillance experience to join the ComplianceAlpha team as an Associate Product Manager. You will be working with the ComplianceAlpha Product Team and other internal and external stakeholders to help achieve our product vision for our innovative eComms Surveillance module. The main responsibility of an Associate Product Manager is gathering and writing detailed product requirements and helping align them with our business goals to help improve the overall user experience in the product. This is a great opportunity for a compliance practitioner to make a transition into Product Management.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, engineers, and end-users, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Conduct research to identify customer needs, market gaps and help write detailed product specifications to deliver functional solutions to our clients.
- Work with the Product Manager to prioritize the implementation of new features and meet specific timelines for delivery
- Work with various teams on product roll-outs including liaising with the Marketing Team, Technical Writing Team, Sales Team and others.
- Coordinate and synthesize customer research and competitor analysis.

- Ability to learn and understand complex systems and software including understanding the underlying business problems that we are solving
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into product specifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
To qualify for the role you must have
- At least two (2) years of experience in an eCommunications Surveillance or Product Management role
- Experience working with SaaS-based software or cloud-based platforms.
Ideally, you’ll also have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.
