- Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
- Delivering top-tier service with professionalism and respect
- Managing service calls efficiently and accurately
- Communicating clearly with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales teams
- Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations
- Identifying new business opportunities while on the job
- Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts orders
- Completing paperwork and attending training sessions
- Tackling other tasks assigned by your manager
- A seasoned pro—or ready to become one—with experience servicing commercial cooking equipment
- Eager to learn and grow through hands-on, onsite training opportunities
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
- Driving record must align with our safety standards
- Experience with a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment
- CFESA certification
- Factory training credentials
- Comfort with digital tools and software
