Description
Media.Monks is looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to help coordinate projects for an iconic automotive brand across video, print and digital. We are looking for someone who is keen to become hyper-skilled in managing projects, external agencies, and clients, while learning how to safeguard stellar quality and processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work as part of our fast-growing team and wear multiple hats to help your local team get projects completed.
- Support the day-to-day tasks of running projects: putting together crystal clear briefings and coordinating teams.
- Liaise with the media agency and gather all relevant specs, deadlines, and requirements.
- Be the glue between client, media, external agencies, local creative teams and central production hubs.
- Where possible, manage client relations and communications. Take meeting minutes, outline action steps and debrief the broader team.
- Responsible for updating scopes and quotes where needed.
- Source assets from the client’s DAM, log usage rights, and organise project files and documentation for creative and production teams.
- Keep a close eye on quality and make sure all assets delivered to the client fit the original brief.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience coordinating projects and/or teams. Preferably in production or creative agencies but this is not a must.
- Experience with fast-paced work environments and cross-cultural teams.
- Clear and strong communication skills in English, and your local language.
- Desire to learn fast across several integrated production streams and broaden your experience.
- Team player and self-starter with an unbreakable positive mindset.
- People enjoy working with you and you enjoy coordinating teams.
- Humble, open to feedback, and proactive in seeking ways to develop when time allows.
