Robotics Process Automation Analyst (UiPath)

Successful candidates will be capable of applying their experience and knowledge to create innovative and secure solutions to support digital modernization initiatives associated with a variety of health care applications. As an Automation Analyst, you will support the business/process automation initiatives of a large federal enterprise, working in the healthcare domain. Candidates will be expected to work with senior-level systems and software architects, engineers, and developers to gather requirements, develop and build enterprise systems based on business needs with robust testing and documentation within an agile environment.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled practitioner in the field of Robotics Process Automation (RPA), with a special focus on developing and implementing solutions using UiPath software suite.
An understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies are needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in creating automations using RPA tools, with a strong preference for those experienced in UiPath software suite.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in developing complex, multi-step automations using UiPath. Familiarity with other RPA tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically and analytically to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong capability in both oral and written communication, able to articulate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an efficient manner.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience within the MHS, Defense Health Agency (DHA), or other DoD agency is highly desirable.
Typical Duties/Abilities:
- Develop and Implement Automation Solutions: Utilize UiPath to design, develop, and deploy automation processes. Transform business requirements into automated solutions by creating efficient workflows and scripts.
- Workflow Assessment and Documentation: Analyze existing processes for automation feasibility, document automation workflows, and maintain detailed records of development processes.
- Testing and User Support: Oversee the testing of automation scripts, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide ongoing support during automation deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Attend and support necessary meetings and forums to provide visibility into automation initiatives, communicate project progress, and address potential risks and issues.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certifications: UiPath RPA Developer certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer) are highly regarded.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects or leading project teams, particularly in a government or military setting.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
