About the job:
As Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a leading global brand. You will drive brand growth through bold ideas, data-driven strategies, and consumer-centric thinking. Working cross-functionally with medical, digital, commercial, and regional teams, you will ensure your brand leads in both market share and consumer trust. You will thrive in a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking environment where creativity meets executional excellence.
Key Accountibilities:
Strategic leadership for the brand and managing resource allocation across brand strategies and tactics
Identifying the most profitable and relevant brand growth opportunities and allocate proper budget across brands and initiatives
Signing-off brand ATL and BTL investments
Leading, evaluating and ensuring implementation brands strategic Growth plans in order to ensure focus on the achievement of above market growth & sales / profitability objectives
Driving brand analytics, market and competition understanding, brand learnings and action plans as well as the integrated planning process for the brand
Execution of the key initiatives driving the brand growth
Leading the identification of high ROI initiatives to drive best performing brand activations
Challenging and endorsing the KPI proposed by the Performance Analytics Team to track the brand performance status and ROI of the Growth Plan
Analysing the growth performance team recommendations to fine tune / change the plans in order to maximize the profitability and accelerate the market share gain for the brand
Understanding people development processes and developing brand talent
Requirements
University degree in business or scientific background
Proven work experience as a Brand Manager in creating and developing brand strategy
Current or previous experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies with proven track record in marketing positions
Executional excellence and leadership
Strategic, integrative and analytical thinking
Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs
Creativity and problem-solving
Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment
Digitally Savvy
Fluency in Polish and English
