ABOUT THE POSITION The scope of work includes managing vendor asset production, supporting the team with campaign launches, and day-to-day campaign operations. Responsibilities:- Managing vendor asset production including tracking creative production timelines and status of deliverables, owning the overall vendor operating rhythm, being the liaison between the vendor and internal teams, keeping track of what’s live, attending weekly syncs with the vendor, managing the creative approval and localization processes, managing vendor project prioritization and facilitating weekly prioritization meetings.
- Responsible for updating marketing leadership on status of projects and blockers. Identify areas of process improvements and make recommendations.
- Project manage campaign activities. Activities will vary, but may include owning the copy review process, submitting localization requests, creating gated landing pages, and building sales enablement materials to support regional activation/follow-up, and identify areas of process improvement.
- Proactively update and maintain editorial calendar, Confluence pages, slide decks, and other supporting materials.
- Support the team with regular internal communications, especially status updates to stakeholders and updates on campaign performance. This role will have line of sight into all of this team’s projects and serve as a clearing house for cross-functional partners to come to for information.
