Course Descriptions:

• Business Ethics: This course introduces students to ethical concerns and decision-making processes in business. The course looks at key topics like corporate responsibility, ethical leadership, and the impact of business decisions on society. The course intends to lay a solid foundation for understanding the importance of ethics in long-term business success.

• International Business: This course offers a thorough introduction to international business, covering key ideas, external variables, and fundamental distinctions within the discipline. It covers a wide range of subjects, including international marketing, international organizations, human management, international organizations, international trade theories, and the role of governments in commerce and strategy. Students will be able to explain the fundamentals of international business after finishing.

Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned courses in Business Ethics and International Business.

• Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams.

• Grade student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Hold office hours to provide student support and academic guidance.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Business, or a related field is preferred.
• A master's degree in business, or a related field is required.

• Previous teaching experience in business or related field is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging classroom environment.
