Product Strategy - Senior Analyst

Your Role

As Product Strategy – Senior Analyst you will be reporting to the Head of Strategy and work closely with the Executive Team. You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders across the group to shape the strategy for both new and existing products, by leveraging business insights from internal and external data sources.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape and clients’ needs in business software/ technology
• Create detailed business plans for new and existing company products by coordinating input from different stakeholders
• Define addressable markets and obtain key KPI’s and market analytics to assist company in setting commercial targets
• Analyze and monitor competition across different product markets and do SWOT analysis for the overall product portfolio
• Support the implementation of product strategy vision across group products
• Cooperate with product development and commercial teams to support product pricing
• Analyzing product performance and customer feedback to inform future product decisions

Your Qualifications & Skills

• BSc with distinction or honors from a Top University, preferably in business, computer science, technology, or engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience either in consulting or a product/ strategy function
• Experience in creating business plans and models for new products by collecting market insights from competition and internal teams

• Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in competitive industries.
• Excellent spreadsheet modelling skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas both with internal and external stakeholders in Greek and English

Nice to have

• ΜΒΑ or M.Sc. from Top University
• Experience in Business Software industry
• Experience in launching new products and working collaboratively with product teams
