We are hiring immediately, so apply today.</p><p><strong>The Senior Direct Support Professional (DSP) role:</strong> As a Senior Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our Madison, ME residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate care, serving as a role model, and encouraging clients to achieve their highest level of independence both at home and within the community.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Personal Care &amp; Support:</strong> Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, and other necessary support.</li><li><strong>Community Engagement:</strong> Actively promote and participate in recreational and social activities, using New Communities company vehicles to facilitate client transportation.</li><li><strong>Medication Oversight:</strong> As a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA), monitor the medication administration room, ensuring adherence to all protocols and policies.
