Your Career
The Revenue Manager will possess strong organizational, communication and management skills. You will be ambitious with the ability to provide solutions for issues identified. You are a competent individual with integrity, accountability, strong interpersonal skills, and a standout colleague. The position requires a “hands on” person who is flexible, hard-working and able to work well under pressure.
Your Impact
- Manage and coordinate the worldwide revenue close, including review of monthly journal entries and reconciliations, validation of system data, tracking close status, and reporting close metrics
- Manage revenue adjustments for deferred commission calculation, RPO (Remaining Performance Obligations), and ARR (Annualized Recurring Revenue)
- Assist with revenue close reporting package for review with CAO and CFO
- Improve process efficiency and reduce effort to close
- Participate or lead special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
- Partner with Corporate FP&A team and assist with forecast of key metrics
- Partner with cross functional business partners to implement standard methodologies, automation, and continuous process improvements
- Drive revenue related system implementations and review user acceptance testing results
- Ensure compliance with SOX 404 key controls
- Work independently, bring a thoughtful perspective, comfortable to make decisions within their domain, and where appropriate escalate and bring in additional perspectives
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA preferred
- Minimum 5~7 years of experience with relevant revenue experience (ASC 606)
- 3 years of Big 4 public accounting preferred
- Minimum of 2 years management/supervisory experience, managing & developing diverse team
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a dynamic environment with attention to detail
- Standout colleague and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience with financial systems, SAP ERP S4 Hana & RAR, Blackline, Tableau, and SFDC a plus
- Experience with high technology clients in the Hardware, Software and/or SaaS space a plus
