Your new responsibilities

• Strong Project Management and Organization Skills
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and applications
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks effectively, including work prioritization and program management to specifications, schedules and budgets in a result-oriented environment
• Must have excellent communication skills to explain product design and related testing to all levels and technical abilities
• Must be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, resourceful problem solver, comfortable in a fast-moving and highly dynamic environment

What we look for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Competency in applied statistical methods (Six Sigma), Data analytics, Lean techniques preferred
• CAD design experience or optical simulations a plus
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PP with strong presentation skills
