Summary

The Environmental Services (EVS) & Linen Director III is responsible for providing leadership, direction,
vision, and managerial oversight to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with
regulatory standards and requirements at the federal, state, and local levels. The position entails leading all
operational coordination, setting an example by adhering to EVS & Linen operational standards to achieve
national benchmarks, system initiatives, and site-based goals. This individual will represent the department
by embodying a "Just Cause" culture, driving performance metrics, and working towards standardization as
"one system." This job code typically involves overseeing a workforce of 85 or more Full-Time Equivalents
(FTE) and/or a managed volume greater than $7 million.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in support service-related fields with high customer services and/or 3 years of Environmental Services; or
  • 6 years of support services, military, housekeeping, environmental services, and/or facilities maintenance experience. 2 years in a leadership position.
