Patient Care Director - RN – Endoscopy Suite - Days

 
Advance your career as a Patient Care Director where you will oversee operations over our adult and pediatric endoscopy suites. Foster a culture of teamwork, communication and respect. Work closely with world-respected physicians, nurses and scientists. Drive quality and performance improvement initiatives and assist in creating new processes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team who are at the top of their fields.  Help deliver statistically Amazing outcomes. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.

Preferred Criteria

• Five years of leadership experience in the Operating Room/Procedural Areas/Endoscopy

• Experience with union environments

 

Required Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree and Master’s Degree (at least one degree in Nursing)

• Minimum of three years clinical experience

• Current New York State RN license

• Strong analytical, project management, presentation and communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance

Salary Range:

$150,000-$185,000/Annual
