Required Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of related administrative/office experience.

Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience or ability to learn design skills 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle or Workday
Familiarity with graduate education an/or research environments
