Let your passion shine in this role as you conduct advanced reviews of ECG rhythm strips for our ECG Solutions Wireless Heart Monitor.
Your role:
Analyze ECG transmissions and algorithm results to ensure clinical accuracy.
Assess ECG transmissions against physician notification criteria and document appropriate actions.
Analyze advanced ECG rhythm strips escalated internally, offering expert guidance and detailed findings.
Collaborate within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department to meet key performance indicators, while consistently delivering high-quality results in a team-driven environment
Availability/shift requirements:
Upon hire, training will be offered and conducted via educator onsite and/or virtual classroom from Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm EST or 10:00am-6:30pm EST for the first (4) weeks.
Upon successful training, you will begin a 12-week ramp up stage and be assigned a regular shift (4 day/10-hour shifts).
Once the ramp up stage is completed, you will be 2 days in office, 2 days from home.
This is a 24/7/365 business operation; thus, open availability, inclusive of revolving days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holiday, is required. Preferred shift will be considered, but not guaranteed, as staffing is determined by business needs.
The current shift schedules are as follows:
1:00pm-11:30pm EST/PST
9:00pm-7:30am EST/PST
You're the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and an active CRAT/CCT certification.
You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Technician I or 1+ years’ experience in a clinical setting involving ECG/EKG monitoring and/or interpretation and analysis experience.
Your skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong technical acumen, and excellent computer skills, along with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously while adapting to change with ease and possess strong ECG rhythm interpretation.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You are an excellent communicator with meticulous attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $22.00 to $36.00
