We are seeking a Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives and assist in identifying new market opportunities. This role involves conducting market research, supporting client outreach, and collaborating with our development team to create business proposals and strategies. Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients
Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports
Support the business development team in managing pipelines and tracking client interactions
Help coordinate meetings and maintain client communication records
Contribute to strategy development by analyzing competitor data and market insights
Participate in networking events and company-sponsored functions as needed
Maintain updated knowledge of Captura Hall’s services and value propositions
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a business development or administrative role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment
