Description

Execute the entire schedule of the plant’s production.

Key Responsibilities

• Give work assignments to the departmental employees.
• Plan and execute the weekly press and production utilization schedule.
• Oversee the activities of the production department and assist when necessary.
• Work with Quality Assurance personnel in an effort to maintain superior quality productivity to reduce the need for re-work or re-processing.
• Notify maintenance of any concerns about plant and facilities with emphasis on problem prevention.
• Work with Operations and Production supervisors to minimize manpower required on jobs to maximize production output.
• Must have basic knowledge of QMS , EMS know the Quality Policy.
• Office, plant floor; heavy lifting required.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years’ experience in related field
