They are currently seeking a motivated<strong>Support Engineer (3rd line)</strong>ready to take on technical challenges and deliver high-quality service to clients.</p>Support Engineer - Your Job<ul><li>Oversee and <strong>maintain IT infrastructure and network systems</strong>, ensuring reliability and performance for clients.</li><li>Manage and configure Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and related tools.</li><li><strong>Identify potential technical issues</strong> early and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.</li><li>Handle hardware and network equipment, making sure all devices are properly configured and up to date.</li><li>Provide daily technical support to clients, offering clear solutions and practical advice tailored to their needs.</li></ul> Support Engineer - Your Profile<ul><li>Junior to mid-level experience (<strong>minimum 3 years in a similar role</strong>).</li><li>Fluent in French and English; Dutch is considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong technical background with tools and technologies such as <strong>Microsoft 365, PowerShell, SharePoint, Apple</strong> environments, <strong>Cisco, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and switching.</strong></li><li>Able to work independently while taking initiative when needed.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.</li></ul>
