Sourced at the intersection of Commercial Finance, Financial Reporting, and Finance Transformation, our team is responsible for managing financial decision support and reporting across a portfolio of more than 15 legal entities. You will collaborate daily with Regional Managing Directors, Sales Leaders, and Central FP&A teams to solve complex commercial challenges and drive smarter ways of working.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Core Mission</strong>: Act as the strategic analytical partner to the Head of Finance—translating regional financial data into actionable commercial insights and modernizing reporting capabilities.</li> <li><strong>Team Alignment</strong>: Partner closely with Regional Managing Directors, Sales Leadership, Accounting, and central finance functions to streamline business performance and support high-level decisions.</li> <li><strong>Scope of Ownership</strong>: Take hands-on accountability for regional management reporting packages, commission calculations, rebate operations, and financial model transformations.</li> <li><strong>Impact Metric:</strong> Success in this role means successfully automating manual reporting frameworks, optimizing the regional sales commission flow, and directly increasing the Finance team's commercial partnering capacity over the next 12 months.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p> <h4>Strategy & Innovation</h4> <ul> <li>Drive Finance Transformation: Orchestrate the automation and standardization of regional performance reporting by utilizing modern modeling techniques and emerging AI technologies.</li> <li>Redesign Complex Models: Re-architect legacy Excel models into scalable, automated reporting solutions built on structu
