We aim to make people feel and help them do sport on a daily basis. A key part of this team is Creative Operations. This team is built of enterprise thinkers who are experts in bringing ideas to life. We operationalize, resource, track, manage, and execute projects.

Day-to-day, you’ll work with a team of designers, producers, and communication experts. Beyond this core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives – overseeing the commissioning of various work across multiple disciplines. Within the broader Marketing function, you’ll be required to collaborate with your counterparts across many different teams to help deliver creative in accordance with our Brand Standards.

Aside from the day-to-day, you’ll work alongside other production leads to drive functional excellence, making sure the team gets regular opportunities to learn, inspire, and share knowledge with each other.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Lead Creative Producer, you will work alongside Design and Narrative teams. You will have a wealth of production and project management experience across various mediums, including (but not limited to) digital, out of home, broadcasting, and physical experiences. You are passionate, exceptionally organized, and enjoy finding solutions to whatever the challenge. A natural team leader with outstanding communication skills, you thrive under pressure, embracing change and knowing when and where to be flexible.

You have a wealth of experience when it comes to working directly with creatives and commissioning work from a broad and diverse network of agencies and creative individuals. Whether you’re managing a workstream delivering assets en masse, on set managing the production of a shoot, commissioning an illustrator, or working with an architect to build a space, you don’t get phased by the unknown – but rather energized by the challenge of learning as you go.

When it comes to communication, you digest, edit, and circulate the most important information clearly and effectively to stakeholders in teams across the business. However complex the project, you always remain clear on priorities and are not afraid to empower your team members. You’re a master collaborator who knows how to get the best out of everyone. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and advising others around you, proactively helping the team develop their skills and our creative output. When things change direction or obstacles appear, you are not afraid to challenge the brief and speak up in order to land on a new solution.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Day-to-day, you’ll sit as part of the Studio, focusing on managing multiple workstreams across multiple mediums, delivering premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll work collaboratively to execute against the brief, delivering on time and within budget. From project to project, you’ll commission and manage multiple creative partners from world-renowned agencies to up-and-coming individuals. You’ll work end-to-end on projects, involved from the moment the brief reaches our team all the way through to final execution – whether that’s a suite of digital assets, an event, or a brand anthem for key consumer moments in Nike’s calendar.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or production for agencies or brands, delivering across multiple mediums from brief through to final execution.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.

  • Proven experience managing complex timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Photo production skills and experience producing content at the highest standards.

  • Strong understanding of creative disciplines, and an interest in cultivating a broad network of external partners to elevate our creative output.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player, able to develop productive relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leads, with a proactive and collaborative approach to working through challenges and ambiguity.

  • Forward-thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions.
