Job Summary

Join HP’s Digital Services organization in a high-impact finance role at the center of business strategy, investment decisions, and growth execution. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital Business teams, you will shape financial outcomes, influence strategic priorities, and help accelerate the success of one of HP’s key growth businesses - WXP. This role goes beyond traditional financial management—driving forward-looking insights, business performance, investment optimization, and operational excellence across global teams. You will play a critical role in providing transparency, predictability, and decision support to leadership while helping transform finance into a strategic enabler of growth and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Digital Services leadership, influencing business strategy, investment decisions, and long-term value creation.
• Lead complex financial analysis, delivering actionable insights that drive business performance, growth, and profitability.
• Partner with business and finance leaders to align, track, and execute strategic initiatives, connecting operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Support  investment decisions, ensuring resources are deployed to maximize returns and strategic impact.
• Drive business planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, ensuring consistent assumptions, KPIs, and financial frameworks across the organization.
• Develop executive-level presentations and business reviews, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional and global initiatives, partnering across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Digital Business teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement of planning, reporting, governance, and financial management processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision quality.
• Provide guidance on financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and business case development.
• Foster innovation and strategic problem-solving, leveraging independent judgment to address complex business challenges and accelerate growth.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
