Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the creation and execution of the Enterprise Portfolio prioritization approach in alignment with Finance, Corporate Strategy, and IT; leading a team focused on PROVIDING FINANCIAL ANALYSES and evaluations of the Enterprise Portfolio by tracking and reporting on results of the Enterprise Portfolio FINANCIAL DATA and preparing reports on capitalization of software, performing the analysis to ensure that the books accurately reflect capitalization; influencing Enterprise Portfolio financial processes; providing guidance and training in budgeting, cost monitoring and financial planning, and standardized financial reporting for Enterprise Portfolio strategy development; managing the relationships with key Business leaders as related to the Enterprise Portfolio Prioritization and Reporting Processes.

Holistically evaluate strategies across portfolios to identify potential conflicts / synergies. Supply strategy & planning management to reconcile all strategies across segments and business service areas into overarching strategy. Liaise with strategic partners to assess themes and goals and their implications for strategies. Create and execute Enterprise Project Portfolio Management policies and processes. Report Enterprise Portfolio financial metrics. Manage Clarity data schemas and technical / business architecture. Support Enterprise Portfolio Delivery Leads to drive successful execution.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance and at least 5 years portfolio, SDLC program, project management, or related work experience; OR 9 years portfolio, SDLC program, project management or related work experience.
* 3 years management or HR leadership of staff.
* Ability to influence and navigate organizational politics successfully.
* Strategic vision and though leadership.
* Time management / prioritization.
* Written and oral communications.
* Customer relationship management.
* Business acumen and business case development.
* Application domain knowledge and knowledge of required technologies (including third party solutions) and Negotiation.
Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PPT, Word and Project.
* Teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* MBA, Masters in Accounting, or MIS preferred.

* People Leader experience with a team focused on providing financial analyses and evaluations of projects, tracking, and reporting results of project portfolio financial data, and preparing reports on capitalization and performing the analyses to ensure that the books accurately reflect capitalization.

* Experience in corporate budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis.

* Experience serving as primary Budget Department contact for corporate division, providing guidance and training in budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial planning.

* Experience reviewing and evaluating budget requests, conducting analysis, and providing recommendations in support of a project portfolio funding decision-making process.

* Experience creating complex, major, unstructured, ad-hoc and one-time financial reporting and providing financial insights and analysis as needed to aid in senior/executive leadership decision-making.
* Adaptability / ability to manage change.
* Experience with resource management.
* Experience with Clarity, Oracle, and other systems storing financial data.
