Piedmont Community Services has an opportunity available for an ACT Team Supervisor to administer and direct the program of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) in Martinsville City, Henry County, and Franklin County areas. An Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team is a self-contained, multi-disciplinary team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The Team Leader/Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision and performance evaluation/management of team members with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program participants, while functioning as a practicing clinician on the team. Must be at least an LMHP with a minimum of 3 years of experience in provision of mental health services, with valid driver's license and safe driving record. Supervisory experience is preferred. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position.
