Marketing & Sales Coordinator, Nordics

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator Rx & Cx, Nordics is responsible for providing back-office and marketing support to the Nordics Prescription (Rx) and Consumer (Cx) business and work in close collaboration with Nordic marketing and sales team members. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator Rx & Cx reports directly to the Head of Marketing Rx with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing Cx.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event planning, administrative tasks, and ordering of all materials for meetings
  • Help execute selected symposia and meetings
  • Be responsible for the monthly budgeting overview, incl. creation of purchase orders and handling invoices.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to contracts (signing & archiving) and vendors
  • Support the Brand Managers in the development of promotional material and campaigns
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure availability and distribution of samples and sales support materials + office supply
  • Be responsible for providing support & product service to dermatologists on Aktilite lamps (for photodynamic therapy)
  • Support with facilitation of translation of materials.
  • Travel booking for collaboration partners and new employees
  • Report sponsorships, congresses, and meetings to the relevant authorities across the Nordics
  • Ensuring continuous cross-functional alignment with marketing & sales team members, procurement, regulatory, medical, and market access.
  • Ensure work is done in accordance with compliance for industry regulations and quality standards applicable in the Nordic countries

Skills & Qualifications – the ideal candidate has / is:

  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field (marketing, sales, etc.)
  • Very structured and organised
  • A true team player, who puts ‘We’ over ‘I’
  • Highly self-driven, accountable, and has a hands-on & proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of pharma industry compliance rules & regulations in the Nordic countries
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Is IT savvy with good knowledge of the office package.
  • Lives in or near Stockholm and is able and willing to be in the office (center of Stockholm) a minimum of 3 days a week.
  • Business proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
