Dental CAD Technician

Description

Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate and have the ability to work well with others. Visual perception, manual dexterity, good motor skills, skills using small hand instruments, reading comprehension skills, as well as attention to detail required. Must have the ability to work on a deadline, handle stressful situations and take and use constructive feedback. 

Essential Job Functions: 

• Must complete daily production requirement to BonaDent Dental Laboratories Standards:

1. Download and import files
2. Cleaning/matching digital models
3. Nesting designed cases
4. Margin Marking and Model Building
5. Starting/swapping digital model prints
6. Order entry of cases into lab software

• Demonstrate willingness to learn and aptitude for retention of information 
• Must be able to take constructive feedback and demonstrate the ability to adjust based on said feedback 
• Must use critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or problems 
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain an organized and clean bench
• Must follow standards of conduct as outlined in the  employee handbook

• High School Diploma or GED Required 
• Must demonstrate the ability to meet basic job requirements and carry out basic job functions including, production requirements.
• Basic computer skills is required 

Hours: 2nd shift position - 1:30pm to 10:00pm (30 minute lunch break)
