Description
The Department of Construction Science, College of Architecture at Texas A&M University invites applications for one part-time, non-tenure Visiting Senior Lecturer in Construction law, contracts, risk management and leadership. The position is 4.5-month or 9-month service period academic appointments, and the possibility of an additional summer appointment is contingent upon the need and availability of funds. Applicants will be considered based on qualifications to begin fall 2025, spring or fall of 2026.
The Department is seeking new teaching professionals who are interested in a part-time academic career in teaching in Construction law, contracts, risk management and leadership. Responsibilities for this position include teaching at the graduate and/or undergraduate levels, and if applicable, service to the department, university, and the industry, including industry outreach.
Qualifications
The position is available with our College Station Campus. Applicant must have JD degree and 20 plus years of teaching experience at the college level in the field or in a related field.
