Position Overview:We are seeking a Director of Nursing Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem/as-needed basis in a supervisory role. The RN will hold the title of Director of Nursing and be responsible for conducting initial intake/evaluations of clients before the start of care, follow-up calls after 30 days, and in-person evaluations every 60 days, adhering to the standards set by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. The RN will provide supervision for caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial intake/evaluations of clients prior to the start of care.- Follow up with clients via phone call after 30 days.- Perform in-person evaluations every 60 days according to New Jersey Board of Nursing standards.- Provide supervision for aides or caregivers taking care of clients.- Create detailed plans of care for clients.- Maintain accurate and detailed narrative evaluations of clients.- Flexible scheduling to create your own schedule for evaluations.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.- Preferred: Malpractice insurance.- Home care experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
