Join us as a Senior Administrator with the Bridgwater and North Sedgemoor Neighbourhood Service.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Administrator to join our service on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role with our team, supporting the admin function and the vital work we undertake in the Neighbourhood.

In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our stakeholders, overseeing the day to day running of our busy admin hub. Your strong organisational and people skills, coupled with an eye for details and willingness to explore new opportunities, will be crucial in ensuring the smooth delivery of our service.

This role is based at Bridgwater Community Hospital/Peter Holmes Annex, Burnham War Memorial Hospital, although the expectation will be for regular travel within the Bridgwater and North Sedgemoor Neighbourhood area, e.g Bridgwater Community Hopsital, Peter Holmes Annex at Burnham War Memorial Hospital, Glanville House & The Mulberry Centre. Our admin hub operates 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week and the post holder should be aware the post may require working to support the Trust's direction towards a 7 day service across the county.

Main duties, tasks & skills required

Key responsibilities will be effective management of your workload and prioritisation of tasks.

You will undertake the day to day running of the Admin Hub - preparing rotas, allocating and checking work, implementing new processes and providing support and supervision to develop the team.

We are a fast-paced team that deal with a wide variety of tasks, meaning no 2 days will be the same.
