- Classification: Health Professional Level 4 with a salary range of $117,216 - $135,988 per annum + Superannuation

Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.
We have been providing mental health support for over 30 years. We were founded on an alliance between professionals, individuals and their families. Collaborative recovery remains at the heart of who we are today.
About your new role
The CSM will ensure that HTH provides safe and effective immediate and short to medium term responses to adults experiencing a crisis or significant distress. As the CSM you will initiate, lead, and coordinate strategic partnerships within the community, including with Public Mental Health Services, local government, community housing, and health and welfare providers, to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for consumers. In collaboration with partners, staff and consumers, the CSM will identify service gaps and develop appropriate models of service delivery to address these gaps. The CSM will take a lead role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the AMHC and will the support of the Regional Manager.

What you will bring to the role?
- Formal tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Social Work
- Experience working in cross cultural settings, especially with first nations people
- Experience working within a recovery-oriented service
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Computer literacy and written communication skills
- Queensland working with Children Clearance – Employee responsibility
- A valid Australian Driver's License
What the role requires:
- National Criminal History Check (Police check) – disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work
- Current Drivers licence
- Australian Working Rights
- As part of Neami’s condition of employment you will need to provide appropriate evidence of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (having received three doses) to Neami National
