Sono Bello is a fast-paced small surgery center and we provide our team members advantages that most other medical facilities don’t:</p> <ul> <li>No work on Holidays or night shifts so you can have a normal/regular life balance</li> <li>Work in “happy medicine”; treating patients who are excited about improving their lives</li> <li>Competitive pay and benefits</li> </ul> <p>The Aesthetic Technician is responsible for delivering excellent patient care first and foremost, ensuring proper <br>execution of body contouring procedures according to policies and training, meeting key performance indicators, and fostering<br>a spirit of teamwork.</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Embodies the Sono Bello Mission Statement and Core Values by ensuring our patients’ safety and <br>experience are the top priority, working with integrity, continually evolving, learning, and collaborating as <br>a team to create a challenging and rewarding culture.</li> <li>Executes and ensures strict HIPAA protocol.</li> <li>Achieves key metrics including monthly sales, upsell targets, and productivity goals. Practices good patient <br>lead management, contact, and outreach practices as needed.</li> <li>Reviews paperwork thoroughly prior to procedure to ensure current medical history, physical<br>exam, current medication history, and other required elements are present.</li> <li>Performs treatments per company policy and procedure (provided upon hire and available <br>thereafter).</li> <li>Ensures delivery of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the <br>likelihood of medical/health care errors</li> <li>Recognizes the need to elevate care to RN and/or Physician for resolution.</li> <li>Demonstrates knowledge of standard precautions, hand hygiene, transmission-based precautions, and <br>personal protective equipment.&
