The Oregon State Hospital, a division of the Oregon Health Authority, has a fantastic opportunity for a Program Analyst to join an excellent team. We are looking for a passionate individual who supports Oregon State Hospital's mission and core values, which includes partnership, performance excellence and ultimately supporting one's recovery and community reintegration, all in a safe environment. We are looking for a team player, who will be responsible for compliance, policy and procedure revisions, payroll reporting and auditing. The Oregon State Hospital (OSH) is a psychiatric hospital under the direction of the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) that inspires hope, promotes safety, and supports recovery. OSH employs over 2,000 FTE and serves over 600 patients each day on two campuses. OSH provides therapeutic, evidence-based, patient-centered treatment focusing on patient recovery and community reintegration.
Work Location: Oregon State Hospital, Salem Campus. On-site. Their position will be hybrid (discuss schedule preference after hire)

What Will You Do?
Monitor and analyze the program to ensure compliance as it pertains to timekeeping and payroll. Responsible for overseeing transmission of the timekeeping integration file and reviewing/reconciling exception reporting to ensure accurate pay for OSH employees.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business or public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years’ experience coordinating or administering a program.
OR
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
Desired Attributes
Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve.
Knowledge of OSH ETMS and the official human resource system and record for Oregon state government
Knowledge of timekeeping and/or payroll principles, practices, and procedures.
Basic knowledge of governmental payroll policies, procedures, and operations.
