Our team is looking for a Coordinator, Community Engagement, on a full-time basis working 35 hours per week. The impact you will have:
The Coordinator, Community Engagement deepens our connections across the country by leading the logistical support of Community Hubs, community delivery of programs, and community engagement activities. This role engages with volunteers and MS community members providing an exceptional customer service experience that strengthens our connections in community.
This role:
- Leads the implementation of Community Hubs including connecting community members to support and provide resources through MS Canada, while providing a superior customer service experience.
- Tracks accurate Community Hub data to support evaluation, reporting, and improvement in community delivery.
- Supports the wellness and peer support programs as it relates to community delivery.
- Supports volunteer engagement and recognition, such as identifying opportunities for growth and meaningful engagement with the organization.
- Works cross-functionally to support MS Canada community engagement intiatives.
