Worker Designation – This role is designated as a remote role. You will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. Although this role is designated as remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
• Experience in Group Paid Family and Medical Leaves that are Statutorily Required. Preferred experience would also include Voluntary PFL and or Insured Paid Parental Leave Products
• Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong project management skills and experience managing large scale projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with state filing development
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree In Management or a related field
- 5 or more years of product management related experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Leads the team to deliver the products needed within the coverage strategy of the Line of Business (LoBs) as originally developed; manages the Product Development and Management process from beginning to end, serving as a trusted advisor between Product, Underwriting, Corporate Law, Claims Legal, Regulatory Affairs and the Business Units (BU) and other Service Support Units; may act as project manager for larger projects; leads the development of detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports
