What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Planner, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving maintenance projects and initiatives while being responsible for safety, efficiency, productivity, reliability and overall performance for all maintenance activities being planned in the assigned area. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the production capability and operation of the plant.
What We're Looking For:
- Reviews work orders for completeness / all required information (based on a good quality work order) and returns work orders to Gatekeeper if not complete.
- Prepares the job package for the Work Coordinator and Crafts to use to ensure a safe, quality, productive job execution
- Uses Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) when necessary while building proactive repair job plans to support Reliability.
- Identifies task activities necessary to execute a job plan safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Identifies resources, materials, tools, and equipment required to perform tasks.
- Reviews backlog daily for key actions
- Looks for long delivery items to inform Material Specialist
- Looks for any “Grab and Go” jobs (jobs that can be done with no planning, and no or minimal disruption to operations
- Normal jobs to plan
- Skills That Make a Difference:
- High School Diploma
- 6 years demonstrated proficiency in technical crafts discipline.
- Experience and knowledge working with a CMMS system to create maintenance job plans and maintenance packages.
- Experience identifying technical specifications and instructions required for field use
