Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for an energetic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this position, you'll represent Las Vegas Petroleum by engaging with customers in a knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for all guests at our travel centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty enhancement.
• Assist customers with their inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced register.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
• Participate in inventory management and assist with restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Prior experience in a customer service role or retail environment is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills for cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
